Surfergirl at Miami Art Basel
Picasso’s 50th anniversary.
Surfergirl was tasked with creating a multi-media art exhibit at 1450 Brickell Avenue, the corporate lobby of JP Chase Morgan in Miami
Under the title of “UneXpected Spain”, the exhibit included 10 relatively unknown artists, majority women, and a metaverse gallery Picasso would have approved of.
Surfergirl worked with the Consulate of Spain in Miami and the Spanish Tourism board to identify talent, curate a collection, produce the installation, and promote the show.

Surfergirl in Soho
Surfergirl curated a year-long art installation for Soho Innovation Studios, a dynamic member’s-only actor’s studio in the heart of New York City’s Soho neighborhood.
With a variety of classes, amenities, and space to practice and perform, we came up with an art collection that felt native to the space, had a New York theme, and artists in the performance arts would find inspiring.
The all-women art collection became a reference of the city’s vibrantly resilient artist community during the post-Covid time.
